We provide a full one year limited time warranty on Chair-Pak. We will replace or repair your Chair-Pak at no additional charge if damage were to happen to it under normal day to day use*.

Please notify us of your intent to return or a needed repair prior to return. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to Chair-Pak Company for inspection prior to receiving a full refund**. Chair-Pak Company does not pay for the cost to return items. Products returned must be unused and in resalable condition and are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

1. Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Chair-Pak Company.
2. Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application, wind damage or other acts of nature.
3. Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered or imprinted on the customer’s behalf.
4. Our refund policy only covers products intended for private use and does not cover products intended for commercial, public or rental usages.
5. Chair-Pak Company reserves the right to make a selection on the customer’s behalf in order to expedite the shipping process if a particular color or design of a product has not been included with the customer’s order.
6. UPS now charges shippers for packages returned as “Refused”. Orders returned as “refused” will be credited less the return shipping fees and the aforementioned stocking fee.
