We provide a full one year limited time warranty on Chair-Pak. We will replace or repair your Chair-Pak at no additional charge if damage were to happen to it under normal day to day use*.

Please notify us of your intent to return or a needed repair prior to return. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to Chair-Pak Company for inspection prior to receiving a full refund**. Chair-Pak Company does not pay for the cost to return items. Products returned must be unused and in resalable condition and are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
- Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Chair-Pak Company.
- Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application, wind damage or other acts of nature.
- Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered or imprinted on the customer’s behalf.
- Our refund policy only covers products intended for private use and does not cover products intended for commercial, public or rental usages.
- Chair-Pak Company reserves the right to make a selection on the customer’s behalf in order to expedite the shipping process if a particular color or design of a product has not been included with the customer’s order.
- UPS now charges shippers for packages returned as “Refused”. Orders returned as “refused” will be credited less the return shipping fees and the aforementioned stocking fee.
